Yummy Bibingka Rice Cake!

Hi, Guys! Last Wednesday I was able to  bake Bibingka Rice Cake  I bought from Filipino store. It was a ready mix bibingka. All you want to do is to enhance the ingredients by adding some flavors on it.

Here is the ingredients and procedures!
  • Prepare mixture: Beat 3 eggs until forthy.
  • Add 1 (250 grams)pack of White King Bibingka Mix, add 1 cup of water, 1/2 of confectioner`s sugar or refine sugar add 4 tbsp. of melted butter fresh( if your molders are not plastic molders, otherwise don`t put butter)to avoid grease of the molders. You can put butter when its totally cooked and ready to serve.
  • Mix at low speed of electric speed of electric mixer for 1 min.or with a wooden spoon or manual mixer until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into small molds( like what I used in the photos above) or you can use disposable molders, or try using alternative molders.Top with slices of cheese or salted egg if desired.
  • Broil for 10  mins. in the oven at 450 degrees F, for 10-15 mins until done. Brush surface with butter and serve hot.
Thanks to my parents in-law for that plastic blue molder for my rice cake! It`s so useful now for me. I can bake different cup cake using that molder!
