My Visa Interview Preparations! Be with me Lord in my Big Day!

After the long wait of our Visa Journey . We are now in the last step " my visa interview" on January 16, 2009. For all my documents I presented it this way. This is how I arranged it. I prepare one folder for each category with open leaf for every documents with label on every side and a detailed item what`s inside the envelop.

First photo are presentations of all my envelops in different category . Shows in the photos are labels on the side and printed copy inside envelop for itemized documents inside the envelop. Samples shows below for each category:

Evidence of Support:

1. Notarized affidavit of Support( I-134)
2. W2 indicating salaries
3. Employment Letter from the company
4. Income Tax Return( 2005-2007)
5. 3 Recent Pay stubs/checks
6. Bank statements

Second envelop; is my Proofs of -On going Relationship inside are my package receipt, chat history, email history, snail mail/cards, print screen, remittances, emails from my fiance`s parents/sisters, Emails and chat transcript are thick so I put it in separate envelop with labels as proofs of on-going relationship. Noticed that it is coded with different labels for easy locating of documents.

Third envelop, is my additional documents. Inside are my school credentials , training certificate and other useful documents that I might be needed in my interview.

Fourth envelop,( see photos above) is my Proofs of Meeting in Person for the boarding pass, receipts, stamped passport of my fiance and his itinerary. Our photos together, (the fifth and sixth folder)I compile it in one clear folder with ready made short clamp attached on the folder.It is easy to take out documents , just slide it and you can get all the documents. The photos are computerized scrap book with labels , names, date and place where was the photo shot.

The documents are all set now in one black bag ready to go . I purchased that bag from National Book store its a handy bag . Cheaper but good quality. It all fits my documents inside. I am just waiting for my interview date and I am all set.My fiance and I were praying a lot for a good and positive results. We all leave it to God and I believe He will grant us!
