It is one of my favorite fish, this photo taken when I was preparing food for my fiance during his visit here in the Philippines last May 2008. After it was grilled I just put it on white plate then I added side dish such as fresh tomatoes with matching soy sauce and onions, lemon and garlic. I chose this fish since this is not usual fish for the Americans. After it was cooked we ate together of course with rice and other menu. My fiance like it too much since it so fleshy and fresh when we grilled it. Every time we talked about food he would always tell me that he miss all Filipino foods he ate during his vacation here.Yummy...!
