Thanks to You: INA! Our Lady of Peñafrancia Festival

Last Saturday I got the chance to attend the popular pilgrim place here in Bicol. It is the popular devotions for Catholics, especially for Bicolanos` all over the world. Yes, that was the day when Bicolano`s are united for these grand festive in thanksgiving for the Patroness of Bicol " Our INA: Our Lady Of Peñafancia. It was indeed a fruitful and meaningful celebration for me. The Shrine of Our Lady of Peñafrancia in Naga City were adorned with different flowers, banners outside the shrine to welcome devotees.I witnessed the hundreds of people attending Mass in the Basilica, mass was held outside the church since the church can`t accommodate all devotees and guests comes from different parts of the world. The mass presided by the Bishop of San Diego, California.It was a solemn mass for me although there is some people on my back talking and ringing their phones, we sometimes have different motives in going to church it`s just a matter of respect. During the entire mass I was really praying to God through the intercession of INA " Mother", (we Bicolano`s called Blessed Virgin Mary as our mother too, since Mary is the Mother of Jesus, and Jesus is our brother, we can call them Mother or INA. Devotion to Mary is so powerful ,many times I had received favors through Her intercession. To our dear Mother Mary, I thank you for always guiding me in every decisions I make.....With Mary, our prayers to Jesus Christ our Lord will surely be granted just believe! and have faith!
