Every New Years Day we make our New Years Resolution. Some of us will say, " I will quit smoking, I will loss weight, I will save money, I will be good, for the students they would say I will study hard and so on and so forth...", these are few resolutions that we heard during New Years day and I know each one of us have his/her resolution that we really want to do for a change.
To have a total change of lifestyle is really hard, it needs more patience and virtues to change. This New Year, my new years resolution is to really lose weight, burn calories because of health matters, it is not just that I also realized that having a good life style makes sense. It will help me become healthy, physically and emotionally.
New Years Resolution is our guide for the whole year round. A guide maybe for change of life style, change of attitudes and maybe change of bad habits. All our New Years Resolution will only make sense if we really actualized it. We need help to change and maybe the best thing to asks help is that in our life, we may asks help to our dear God , that He may give us perseverance to do all our New Years Resolution.
My New Years Resolution Lists:
* Change Diet( it should be healthy diet) less carbo, less sugar.
* To be Patience, to be more loving and caring.
* To perservere in my driving skills.
