I got my my exchange Victoria Secret merchandise today. I had this 3 sets of clothes from VS last Christmas from my husband, my husband ordered it from Victoria Secret as one of his Christmas presents but he ordered the wrong size so we ended up returning it last Moday.
How we return and exchange it? My husband exchange it by phone in Victoria Secret, then he ordered new size in replacement of the wrong size . We put it inside the VS package, sealed it and put the new shipping label included in the package, then dropped it via UPS.
Now I have this clothes back. VS products was really soft, elegant and true to size.
